摘要
探讨芳砜纶纤维长度对成纱质量的影响。针对芳砜纶纤维强力低、质量比电阻大、可纺性差等特点,对纤维预处理油剂浓度、不同长度纤维理想捻系数及纤维长度对成纱性能的影响进行了试验研究。结果表明:纤维预处理油剂浓度以3%为宜;在纱的线密度一定时,随芳砜纶纤维长度的增加纱线拉伸性能提高,毛羽减少;但超过一定长度后纱线拉伸性能下降,毛羽增加;芳砜纶纤维长度为31 mm^52 mm时,成纱条干变化不大,但芳砜纶纤维长度超过59 mm时,成纱条干明显恶化,芳砜纶纤维纺纱较理想长度为52 mm。
Effect of polysulfonamide fiber length on yarn quality was diseussed. According to polysulfonamide fiber characteristics such as lower strength,larger mass speeific resistance and worse spinnability, effects of fiber pretreating oil agent concentration,perfect twist factor of different length fiber and fiber length on yarn property were tested and re- searched. The result shows that concentration of fiber pretreating oil agent should be 3%, When the yarn linear density is set,tensile property of polysulfonamide yarn will be increased and hairiness will be reduced as polysulfonamide fiber length is increased. When polysulfonamide fiber length exceeds a certain length the yarn tensile property will be decreased and hairiness will be increased. Yarn sliver evenness changes slightly when polysulfonamide fiber length is 31mm-52 mm. When polysultonamide fiber length exceeds 59 mm,finish yarn evenness will be worse obviously. Perfeet spinning length of polvsulfonamide fiber should be 52 mm.
