摘要
为使重定量大牵伸工艺取得较好的实施效果,对纯棉普梳纱实施重定量工艺后,在设备状态、工艺配置及各项管理工作方面采取了一系列调整和改进措施。通过开清棉整修输棉通道,提高抓棉机运转效率;梳棉优选分梳元件,提高梳理效果;并粗细工序整顿摇架状态,合理配置牵伸工艺;细纱优选上下销、胶辊胶圈、胶辊前冲量、钢领、钢丝圈及导纱钩;络筒优化电清参数,加强对粗节的控制;加强温湿度及运转操作管理,使C 14.5 tex纱实施重定量大牵伸工艺后质量稳定提高,达到了降低成本、提高效益的目的。
In order to got better effect from processing of larger weight per unit larger draft,the processing was adopted on pure cotton carded yarn. A series of adjustment and modification measures were adopted from aspects of equipment state, processing setting and each management. Picker functional efficiency could be increased through repai- ring picking channels. Carding components were optimized to increase carding effect. Cradle state was adjusted and draft processing was set rationally in drawing,roving and spinning process. Top pin and bottom pin,rubber-covered roll and apron, forward shift of rubber-covered roll,ring and ring traveler,yarn guide were optimized in spinning process. Parame- ter of electronic yarn clearer was optimized, thick places was controlled strictly in winding process. Temperature & hu- midity and operational management should be strengthened,finally C 14.5 tex yarn quality could be improved steadily af- ter adopting processing of larger weight per unit larger draft, aims of reducing cost and improving beneficial could be reached.
