This paper gives the dynamic characteristic of large sized refrigerating store temperature.An inferential control method of time-lag and time-varying plants with a selected parameter Q are provided.The control system has a good temperature dynamic property.We get a satisfy result as it is used to a 5000 ton refrigerating store.
