摘要
探讨聚四氟乙烯织物的燃烧性能。采用锥形量热法,测试了聚四氟乙烯织物及聚四氟乙烯芳纶交织物的点燃时间、热释放速率、总释放热、有效燃烧热、质量损失速率、烟释放速率等。聚四氟乙烯织物的热释放速率峰值为9.276 2 kW/m2,聚四氟乙烯芳纶交织物的热释放速率峰值为65.524 kW/m2。聚四氟乙烯芳纶交织物的有效燃烧热为9.937 6 mJ/kg,时间为90 s;聚四氟乙烯织物的有效燃烧热为5.059 4 mJ/kg,时间为172 s。认为:聚四氟乙烯织物有更好的阻燃性能。
Combustibility of PTFE fabric was studied. Through cone calorimeter method,parameter of PTFE fabric and union fabric of PTFE & aramid were tested such as ignition time,heat release rate, total heat release, effective heat of combustion, mass loss rate and smoke release rate et al. Heat release rate peak of PTFE fabric is 9. 276 2 kW/m2 ,heat release rate peak of PTFE & aramid union fabric is 65. 524 kW/m2. PTFE & aramid union fabric effective heat of combustion is 9. 937 6 mJ/kg,time is 90 s. PTFE fabric effective heat of combustion is 5. 059 4 mJ/kg,time is 172 s. It is considered that flame retardance of PTFE fabric is better.
