Bi-Mo 复合氧化物的制备条件对其结构和催化性能的影响

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法(sol-gel)制备出系列Bi-Mo复合氧化物催化剂.利用DTA-TG、XRD、BET等测试手段,考察了不同的Bi/Mo比等制备条件对Bi-Mo复合氧化物的结晶状态、晶相组成、比表面积的影响,并研究了其催化剂用于甲苯选择氧化的催化性能. Bi-Mo Complex oxide catalysts have been prepared by sol-gel method at lower temperature.Structure and catalytic properties of Bi-Mo complex oxide have been studied by using DTA-TG,BET,XRD and oxidation of toluene reaction test.The lower Bi/Mo ratio can produce MoO 3 and Bi 2Mo 3O 12 phases and the higher Bi/Mo ratio can produce Bi 2MoO 6 and Bi 4MoO 9 phases.For the selective oxidation of toluene to benzaldhyde the selectivity and yield of C 6H 5CHO are high at n (Bi)/ n (Bi+Mo)=0 67.
