SiO2气凝胶负载磷钨酸催化四氢呋喃聚合反应的研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用等体积浸渍法制备了SiO2气凝胶负载磷钨酸(HPW)催化剂,利用BET、XRD、NH3-TPD、FT-IR、Py-IR对催化剂结构及表面性质进行了表征.将催化剂应用于四氢呋喃(THF)聚合反应,考察了HPW负载量、聚合时间、聚合温度等条件的影响.结果表明:在负载量50%,反应温度50℃、反应时间4 h条件下,反应收率达53%,聚合物数均分子量2000左右,可用作纺织、化工等领域的生产原料. A series catalysts of HPW supported on SiO2 aerogels were prepared by incipient impregnation. The catalysts were characterized by means of BET, XRD, NH3-TPD , FT-IR, Py-IR. The catalysts were applied to THF polymerization. The effects of the HPW loading amount, polymerization reaction time and reaction temperature on the THF polymerization were investigated. The results showed that the optimal loading amount is 50%, the reaction temperature is 50 ℃, the reaction time is 4 h. Under the optimal conditions, the yields PTMEG reached about 53% and the number-average molecular weight was about 2000. The polymer can be used as a textile and other chemical raw materials.
