摘要
RGBHV信号矩阵切换器在大型的系统工程中是一个非常重要的设备,但矩阵规模的增大给使用、维护以及维修都带来很大的不便,本文以64×64矩阵为例介绍了一种采用分体结构的设计方法。该设计将系统分为5个箱体,以LM3S6911单片机为主控制器、AT89S52单片机为从控制器,采用专业视频切换芯片ISL59532,实现了64×64RGBHV视频矩阵的灵活切换,并实现了3种切换控制方式。实验证明该视频矩阵切换器操作方便、性能稳定、性价比高。
RGBHV signal matrix switch is an important device in the large-scale engineering systems,but with the scale of matrix increasing,there are a lot of inconvenience in the use,maintenance and repair.This paper described a method which used the split structure in the 64×64 scale.This design divided the system which took LM3S6911 as master controller, AT89S52 as slave controller,and used professional video switch chip ISL59532,achieved the flexible switch of matrix and three switch control methods into five boxes.The test results showed the operation of this video matrix switch was convenient,the performance was stable and the cost performance was high.
