体育专业学生急性运动损伤流行病学调查

Acute sport injuries in college students majoring in physical education

目的通过研究急性运动损伤的分布并探讨其发生规律,为其预防提供建议。方法按不同年级分层整群抽样,采用自制问卷对广东省广州市2所高校体育专业学生进行调查,收集2007-2008年急性运动损伤发生的具体状况、后果及原因等。结果在被调查的191人中,曾患急性损伤者172人,急性损伤率为89.58%,总损伤次数405人次,年人均损伤次数2.12次;各月的月损伤发生率呈缓慢上升趋势,以11月最高,达到40.31%;经χ2检验,不同性别,运动年限和运动等级的运动员间损伤发生率差异无统计学意义;比赛、专项训练、素质训练和课外活动中发生的急性运动损伤依次为121,216,38,30人次,分别占29.8%,53.4%,7.4%和9.4%。结论体育专业学生的急性损伤多发生在专业活动,受气温剧变影响;教练员和学生应加强相应的预防措施。

Objective To probe the prevalence of acute sport injuries in college students majoring in physical education.Methods Relevant information on acute sport injury during 2007-2008 were collected with a questionnaire.Results The incidence of injuries was 89.58% and different among athletes with different sport-time,sport-degree,and gender among 191 participants.Of all injuries,53.40% occurred in special training programs.Conclusion Coachs and college students should pay attention to acute injuriy prevention in special training.
