税务部门公务员亚健康现况及影响因素分析

Subhealth and its influential factors among civil servants in taxation department

目的了解公务员亚健康现状及影响因素。方法采用自制《公务员亚健康调查表》对广东省某市1 150名税务公务员进行亚健康现场调查,进行描述性分析,采用Logistic回归分析影响因素。结果该市税务公务员亚健康总现患率为83.88%;眼睛疲劳、记忆力差、精力下降、感到要赶快把事情做完、视力减退、颈肩部疼痛、做事必须反复检查、容易烦恼和激动、工作或学习效率减低、感到休息后很难缓解的疲劳是亚健康出现频率最高的临床症状;每周锻炼次数少、生活事件烦恼、喝茶、饮食偏嗜、工作压力大等5个因素对亚健康的发生差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);NagelkerkeR2=0.303。结论税务部门公务员亚健康现患率较高,临床表现及影响因素复杂。

Objective To describe the prevalence and related factors of subhealth among civil servants in taxation department.Methods Totally 1 150 civil servants were surveyed with a self-made subhealth questionnaire.The data was analyzed with descriptive indexes and logistic regression.Results The total prevalence rate of subhealth among the civil servants was 83.88%.The symptoms of subhealth most frequently occurred in the civil servants were eyestrain,hypomnesia,lower energy,work anxiety,hypopsia,neck-shoulder-pain,compulsive checking,agitation,work efficiency reduction,and fatigue.The influential factors of subhealth included lack of exercise,negative life event,drinking tea,specific diet addiction,and working pressure（P0.05;Nagelkerke R2=0.303）.Conclusion The prevalence rate of subhealth among the civil servants in taxation department is high.The manifestations and influential factors of subhealth are extremely complicated.
