The meadow is a depending means of production in the pastural regions and furthering the pastural management is the breach to improving the economic growth of the animal husbandry.Hence,in addtion to the stating of the chronological development of its management system, the present paper delves the content of the pastural management institution and the relationship between the economic growth of the animal husbandry and the innovation of the pastural management.
