摘要
我国食品产业及食品科技发展迅速,回顾国家自然科学基金委员会对我国食品科学研究领域的资助,剖析在生命科学部设立食品科学学科的必要性和科学性。概括食品科学学科的内涵和资助方向,并根据专家意见,提出食品科学学科的申请代码设置和资助领域。
The food industry and food science and technology are developing rapidly in China.This paper reviewed the National Natural Science Foundation for basic research of food science in China and explained the reason why the discipline of food science was established in the Department of Life Sciences in 2010. The content and foundation of food science were briefly summarized,and application codes and foundation fields were also introduced according to the experts' suggestions.
