This article introduces the concept of remote access, the development of the status quo at home and abroad. This article introduces in detail the ＂securing remote access＂ national standard, which reviews a variety of types of remote access connection, technology of remote access connection, guideline for choosing and configuration. In the appendix, it also provides sample remote access security policy, RADIUS implementation and deployment best practices, and the two modes of FTP. The guideline is suitable for the technicians and managers and will help users correctly to choose the remote access type and technology which are able to meet their security requirements.
