全国性病实验室室间质量评价初探

Pilot study on external quality assessment among laboratories of sexually transmitted diseases in China

目的初步了解我国各级性病防治、诊疗机构实验室开展淋球菌检测的现状。方法向全国各省级性病检测中心实验室和部分国家性病监测点发放淋球菌冷冻干燥质控样本,要求各实验室在规定时间内检测并报告结果,对质评结果进行统计分析。结果共对55家性病检测实验室发放质检样品,回报检测结果的共41家实验室(74.55%)。在这41家实验室中,结果符合率为100%的26家,符合率≥60%的10家,符合率≤40%的5家。5份质控品的符合率分别为:97.56%、87.80%、90.24%、68.29%、97.56%。结论通过淋球菌检测室间质量评价,反映出我国淋球菌检测水平亟待提高。

Objective To understand the status quo of laboratory tests for neisseria gonorrhoeae among all-level laboratories of sexually transmitted diseases （STD） in China. Methods Quality control samples of neisseria gonorrhoeae lyophilization were sent to all provincial level laboratories and a number of national STD surveillance sites. The test results were requested to be reported in specified time frame for statistical analysis. Result Of the 55 participating laboratories 41 reported their test results （74.55%）; 26 laboratories were 100% up to the quality standard, 10 laboratories-60% up to the standard and 5 laboratories-only 40% up to the standard, while the consistency rates among 5 quality control samples were 97.56%,87.80%,90.24%,68.29% and 7.56%, respectively. Conclusion The quality for neisseria gonorrhoeae testing need to be improved in China
