摘要 梅毒的流行已经成为全世界重要的公共卫生问题之一。梅毒螺旋体分型系统的研究,几十年来一直是各国学者致力攻克的难题。直到20世纪90年代末,美国疾病控制与预防中心(CDC)首次提出了操作简便、具有实用性的基因分型系统,从而使得对梅毒分子流行病学的研究进入崭新的发展时期。该文对这一分型系统的特征和梅毒螺旋体分子流行情况进行综述。 Syphilis epidemic has become one of the important public health problems throughout the world. However,the molecular system for typing of Treponema Pallidum had not been developed until the late 1990s when a simple practical molecular typing system was developed and introduced by US CDC. With this technology,a large number of studies on molecular epidemiology of syphilis have been conducted. This paper reviews the characteristics of this typing system and the prevalence of syphilis in the recent years.
