儿童焦虑性情绪障碍对生活质量的影响分析

Influence of Children with Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders on Subjective Life Quality

目的:探讨焦虑性情绪障碍对儿童生活质量的影响,为干预儿童焦虑性情绪障碍提供依据。方法:选取湛江市某小学二年级到六年级学生共十个班560人为调查对象,利用儿少主观生活质量问卷(Inventory of Subjective Life Qualitly,ISLQ)和儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查表(The Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders,SCARED)作为评估工具进行调查。结果:焦虑性情绪障碍儿童的主观生活质量各个维度均低于正常组儿童,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:儿童焦虑性情绪障碍对主观生活质量各方面都会产生不良影响,应予以高度关注。

Objective：To investigate the effect of Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders （CARED） on the life quality of children so as to pmvlde evidence for the intervention of the children with CARED. Methods：The object of investigation with 560 pupils is selected from Grade 2 to Grade 6 including ten classses in one primary school in Zhanjiang. The Inventory of Subjective Life Quality（ISLQ） and the Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders（SCARED） are as the evalu- ation tools for the research. Results： In every dimension of ISLQ, the scores of children with CARED are significantly lower than the normal children （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Condusion：The CARED has unfavourable effects on the childreng life quality experience,so it should be focused on.
