儿童焦虑性情绪障碍对生活质量的影响分析

摘要 目的:探讨焦虑性情绪障碍对儿童生活质量的影响,为干预儿童焦虑性情绪障碍提供依据。方法:选取湛江市某小学二年级到六年级学生共十个班560人为调查对象,利用儿少主观生活质量问卷(Inventory of Subjective Life Qualitly,ISLQ)和儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查表(The Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders,SCARED)作为评估工具进行调查。结果:焦虑性情绪障碍儿童的主观生活质量各个维度均低于正常组儿童,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:儿童焦虑性情绪障碍对主观生活质量各方面都会产生不良影响,应予以高度关注。 Objective:To investigate the effect of Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders (CARED) on the life quality of children so as to pmvlde evidence for the intervention of the children with CARED. Methods:The object of investigation with 560 pupils is selected from Grade 2 to Grade 6 including ten classses in one primary school in Zhanjiang. The Inventory of Subjective Life Quality(ISLQ) and the Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders(SCARED) are as the evalu- ation tools for the research. Results: In every dimension of ISLQ, the scores of children with CARED are significantly lower than the normal children ( P 〈 0.05 ). Condusion:The CARED has unfavourable effects on the childreng life quality experience,so it should be focused on.
