改良下鼻甲粘膜下部分切除术的疗效观察

目的:观察改良下鼻甲粘膜下部分切除术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的疗效。方法:经鼻内镜下行改良下鼻甲粘膜下部分切除术103例。结果:所有病人术后疗效满意,并发症少,有效率为100%;随访6月～3年,无一例复发或空鼻表现。结论:改良下鼻甲粘膜下部分切除术简单易行、定位准确、创伤小、恢复快、值得推广。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of modified submucosal partial resection of the inferior turbinate of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis. Method： 103 cases of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis were treated with endecopic surgery. Result： By the end of a following up period casted for 0.5 - 3 years, all cases were significantly effective and not any complication, with a total effective rate of 100%. Conclusion：The modified submucosal partial resection of the inferior turbinate could afrord excellent view. facilitate precise tissue graft placement and better recover, it is a good and shortcut way,could be extend in clinic.
