微创穿刺引流术联合亚低温疗法治疗高血压脑出血的护理

Nursing of Patients of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage Receiveing Minimally Incasive Hematoma Sergery and Mild Hypothermia Therapy

目的:探讨高血压脑出血患者在微创术后行亚低温治疗的效果及护理配合。方法:对2006年-2009年期间85例接受微创术联合亚低温疗法治疗的高血压脑出血患者的护理进行回顾性分析。结果:治愈14例,病情好转66例,5例因出血量大致广泛脑水肿中枢衰竭死亡。结论:高血压脑出血患者微创术后适时应用亚低温治疗,并配合有效的护理方法,有利于提高患者生存质量。

Objective：To explore the effects of minimally invasive surgery and mild hypothemia therapy for patients with hypertensive hemorrhage hematoma and the nursing cooperation. Methods：we studied the nursery data of 85 hypertensive hemorrhage hematoma patients admitted in 2007 to 2009, who were treated with minimally invasive surgery and mild hypothemia therapy. Results： 14 cases were cured,66 cases were improved and 5 cases were dead of central failure caused by cer- ebral edema. Condusion：Hypathermia therapy combined with nursing care can be used effectively to treat hypertensive hemorrhage hematoma to improve the life quality of patients.
