摘要
目的:分析探讨日常活动量化护理干预在慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者临床护理中的作用和效果。方法:将58例住院CHB患者随机分为干预组和对照组各29例。干预组在常规护理基础上对日常活动实施量化干预;对照组行常规护理。2组均每隔7d检查l次谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和总胆红素(TBIL),并进行比较。同时观察2组能量消耗的变化情况、日常活动持续时间和住院时间。结果:2组日常活动持续时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);干预组患者ALT和TBIL下降速率明显提高,能量消耗量下降,住院天数也明显缩短,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:对CHB患者的日常活动实施量化干预,可以提高其肝功能恢复的速度,指导临床护理人员在为患者实施健康教育时,制订科学具体的活动量化指标,可使患者能合理安排每日的活动内容,提高临床疗效,促进患者康复。
Objective:Analyse effect and effect in discussing the daily activity quantization nursing interfering with in clinical nursing of chronic hepatitis B (CHB) patient. Methods:Be in hospital with 58 examples the CHB patient random is every 29 examples mark interfere with a group and contrast a group. Interfere with a group implementing quanfization to daily activity on routine nursing basis interfering with;Contrast the group line routine nursing. 2 group, equally, every exami- ning the I the third revolution of time of grain ammonia enzyme (ALl') and general bilirubin (TBIL) across 7 ds ,and carries out comparison. Time at the same time, observing change condition, daily activity sustained time that 2 set of energies consume and being in hospital. Results:2 sot of dally activities sustained time difference has statistics meaning ( P 〈0.01 ) ;Interfere with group patient ALT and obvious TBIL go down rate rise,wastages energy go down,be in hospital the predestination shortens also obviously, difference has statistics meaning comparing with contrasting a group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Condusions: CHB patients with daily activities on the implementation of quantitative intervention can improve the speed of recovery of liver function to guide clinical nursing staff in the implementation of health education for patients to develop quantitative indicators of science and specific activities will enable the patient to make reasonable arrangements daily Activities to improve the clinical efficacy,to promote patient recovery.
