摘要
目的:观察艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效和毒副作用。方法:治疗组30例,对照组30例,均采用多西紫杉醇单药方案化疗,即多西紫杉醇60mg/m2,d1。治疗组加用艾迪注射液50ml配入5%葡萄糖或生理盐水500ml,静脉滴注,每天1次,连用10天。结果:两组疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗组血液毒副作用和消化道发生率明显低于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:艾迪注射液联合多西紫杉醇治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌可降低化疗对患者的毒副作用,改善患者的生存质量。
Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and Toxicity of Aidi Injection combined with Docetaxed in treating elderly patients with advanced non - small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Methods： Docetaxel 60mg/m2 ivgtt D1 Combined with Aidi injection 5Oral ivgtt Qd ×10 were used in the treated group. The control group only received Docetaxel therapy. Results：The therapeutic effectiveness were not significantly different between the treatment group and control group（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The hematological Toxicity and gastrointestinal reactions in the treated group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Aidi injection combined with Docetaxel regimen is effective in treating elderly patients with advanced NSCLC with lower tosicities.
