摘要
目的探讨危重症患者经鼻胃管肠内营养的护理效果。方法对102例ICU的危重患者进行经鼻胃管肠内营养治疗,并配合做好护理。比较营养支持前后,患者血清前白蛋白和血清白蛋白的变化。结果经鼻胃管肠内营养支持后,患者的血清前白蛋白和血清白蛋白较未行肠内营养支持前明显升高(p均<0.05),差别有统计学意义。结论肠内营养对危重症患者有良好的营养支持作用,整体、细致、专业的护理措施有利于保证肠内营养的顺利实施和实施效果。
Objective:To figure out the effect of nursing care for critically ill patients with enteral nurition by nasogastric tube.Methods: 102 critically patients in intensive care unit were treated by enteral nurition with nasogastric tube,nursing care was conducted accord- ingly.The afterwards effect of this treatment and nursing care was compared with the effect before the treatment and nursing care in serum prealbumin and serum-albumin.Results:The serum prealbumin and serum-albumin were higher after the enteral nurition with nasogastric tube were conducted(p〈0.05,p〈0.05),compared with that of the effect before the treatment and nursing care.Conclusion:Enteral nurition with nasogastric tube worked well in critially ill patients'nutrition support.Professional and careful nursing measures would help gurantee the effect of this nutrition treatment.
