正交设计优选复方苍术消毒合剂煮蒸法空气消毒工艺的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨复方苍术消毒合剂煮蒸法进行空气消毒的最佳工艺。方法以细菌杀灭率为指标,采用正交设计法,考察消毒剂量、煮蒸时间、蒸发速度和浸泡时间对空气消毒效果的影响,并与传统燃烧法进行比较。结果消毒剂量对细菌杀灭率有显著性影响(p<0.05),最佳消毒工艺为:消毒剂量4.2g/m3,浸泡时间90min,煮蒸时间60min,蒸发速度2500ml/h。煮蒸法的细菌杀灭率明显优于燃烧法(p<0.05)。结论优选得到的煮蒸法消毒工艺细菌杀灭率明显优于燃烧法,操作简便可控,消毒后空气舒适清新,值得推广。 Objective:To compound Atractylodes disinfection mixture steam cooking method best air disinfection process.Methods:The bacteria kill rate targets,using orthogonal design,inspection disinfectant,steam cooking time,the rate of evaporation of water and air disinfection technology of the time.And to compare with the traditional combustion.Results:The amount of disinfectant to kill bacteria on the rate of significant effects(p〈0.05),the best for the disinfection process:the amount of disinfectants 4.2g/m3,soaking time 90min,cooked Steaming time 60min,evaporation rate of 2500ml/h.Steam cooking method was significantly superior to kill the bacteria combustion method (p〈0.05). Conclusion:The optimized method of boiling steam sterilization process to kill bacteria was significantly better than the combustion method, easy to operate controllable, comfortable fresh air after disinfection, is worth promoting.
