正交设计优选复方苍术消毒合剂煮蒸法空气消毒工艺的研究

目的探讨复方苍术消毒合剂煮蒸法进行空气消毒的最佳工艺。方法以细菌杀灭率为指标,采用正交设计法,考察消毒剂量、煮蒸时间、蒸发速度和浸泡时间对空气消毒效果的影响,并与传统燃烧法进行比较。结果消毒剂量对细菌杀灭率有显著性影响(p<0.05),最佳消毒工艺为:消毒剂量4.2g/m3,浸泡时间90min,煮蒸时间60min,蒸发速度2500ml/h。煮蒸法的细菌杀灭率明显优于燃烧法(p<0.05)。结论优选得到的煮蒸法消毒工艺细菌杀灭率明显优于燃烧法,操作简便可控,消毒后空气舒适清新,值得推广。

Objective：To compound Atractylodes disinfection mixture steam cooking method best air disinfection process.Methods：The bacteria kill rate targets,using orthogonal design,inspection disinfectant,steam cooking time,the rate of evaporation of water and air disinfection technology of the time.And to compare with the traditional combustion.Results：The amount of disinfectant to kill bacteria on the rate of significant effects（p〈0.05）,the best for the disinfection process：the amount of disinfectants 4.2g/m3,soaking time 90min,cooked Steaming time 60min,evaporation rate of 2500ml/h.Steam cooking method was significantly superior to kill the bacteria combustion method （p〈0.05）. Conclusion：The optimized method of boiling steam sterilization process to kill bacteria was significantly better than the combustion method, easy to operate controllable, comfortable fresh air after disinfection, is worth promoting.
