摘要
目的探讨以问题为基础的教学(PBL)与情境教学相结合在急救护理学教学中的使用效果。方法将175名护生按年级分为两组,实验组(2007级,90名)采用PBL与情境教学相结合,对照组(2006级,85名)采用传统教学法,比较两组教学效果。结果实验组对PBL结合情境教学法的各项教学效果评价均较好;期末考试成绩与对照组相比较,总分有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论 PBL结合情境教学模式应用于急救护理学教学可使护生变被动为主动学习,提高了护生知识面及动手能力,PBL结合情境教学法可提高急救护理学教学的教学效果。
Objective:To investigate the combination of Problem-based Learning (PBL) and Situational approach in the Emergency Nursing teaching and its effects.Methods:IT5 nursing students were divided into two group by grade:the experimental group(Grade 2007,n=90) using the combination of PBL and Situational Approach in the teachinq of Emerqency Nursing,While the control group (Grade 2006,n=85) using traditional teaching methods,The two groups outcomes were compared.Results:The teaching evaluation of the experimental group was better;the final examination scores of the control group was higher than the control group (p〈0.05).Conclusion: To investigate the combination of Problem-based Learning (PBL) and Situational approach in the Emergency Nursing teaching can encourage students more passiveily and actively in learning,enlarge and improve their knowledge and practical ability of nursing students,and improve the outcome of teaching.
