The essay treats with the narrative and rhetoric approaches to the so-called 'dialogues' with some of the noted contemporary Chinese musicians and musicologists,such as L(u|¨) Ji,He Luting,Huang Xiangpeng,Wu Lihui,Yu Runyang and their disciples.
