摘要
目的评价纳米流体树脂修复楔状缺损的临床应用效果。方法将2006年5月至2007年12月深圳市人民医院口腔门诊就诊的245例楔状缺损患者的490颗患牙,随机分为试验组和对照组,分别以3M FiltekTM Z350(Flowable Restorative)纳米流体树脂和Dyract复合体修复,比较治疗后6个月、1年和2年的临床疗效。结果245例患者失访16例,复查229例458颗患牙,复查率为93.47%。两组在治疗后6个月,成功率差异无统计学意义(98.69%对96.51%,P>0.05)。在治疗后1年和2年,成功率差异均有统计学意义(分别为93.78%对91.70%和92.14对85.15%,均P<0.05)。结论纳米流动树脂修复楔状缺损能获得良好的临床效果。
Objective To study the clinical effect of flowable nanocomposite on restoring dental wedge-shaped defects. Methods A total of 490 teeth with wedge-shaped defect were divided into 2 groups randomly. Test group was treated by 3M FiltekTM Z350 flowable nanocomposite while the control was restored by Dyract compomer. The clinical effects after two year were compared. Results The success rate of flowable nanocomposite was 92.14%,while the control group was 85.15%. There was significant difference between two groups(P 0.05).Conclusion Flowable nanocomposite exhibited better clinical effect than Dyract compomer during our study period,which makes it a good choice for treating dental wedge-shaped defects.
