知识管理影响图书馆知识化转型以及图书馆的定位与发展。未来图书馆知识管理的理论与实践在认识、基础、实践、重点、应用、理论六个方面展开。在认识升华的基础上,图书馆要做出知识管理战略决策,开展有效实践,寻找突破口,应用从广度到深度发展,加强图书馆知识管理核心理论、相关问题与新理论的研究。

The issues of knowledge management affect the library knowledgeable transformation and library orientation as well as library development. The future theory and practice of library knowledge management would be focused on the following aspects, i.e. awareness, foundation, practice, emphasis, application, theory. Based on the sublimated awareness, library should make strategic decision on knowledge management and seek effective practice. Furthermore, library should seek breakout gaps, strengthen the core theory and related issues on library knowledge management.
