On the Distribution of the Information Resource of University Libraries' Foreign Periodicals

认为高校图书馆传统外文期刊信息资源配置模式存在弊端,提出参考读者外文电子期刊各种点击率的统计分析配置信息资源的理念,论述其在揭示读者外文期刊信息需求特点及准确配置外刊资源以满足读者真实需求等方面所起到的积极作用;并通过福建农林大学图书馆读者对SD数据库电子期刊点击率统计分析实例,提出外文期刊信息资源配置原则和策略。

Considering the disadvantages existed in the traditional mode of distributing the information resources of foreign periodical in academic libraries, this paper puts forward the idea of taking into account the statistic of database clicks rates and the importance of which in light of its positive role in announcing readers＇ demand and accurately distributing the information so as to satisfy readers＇ need. Moreover, by analyzing the statistic of database click rates from the readers of the Library of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University, this paper suggests the principle and strategy in terms of distributing information resources.
