According to the relevant materias, this paper researches on the libraries established by chamber of commerce and serviced the commerce during the Republican period deeply, concludes the characters, the social influence, the established goal, the position of libraries, daily management and so on. According to experiences and lessons of the founded libraries, it is considered that professional organizations can be established from aspects of large enterprises, industry associations, scientific research institutions and foundations to service the field of industry and commerce.
