寒冷天气条件下珠海市供水管网爆管分析及应对措施

Analysis on the pipe explosion of water supply network in Zhuhai City under cold weather and the countermeasures

2008年春节前后,珠海市供水管网连续发生爆管事故,对其进行了统计分析。分析认为珠海市寒冷天气DN75以上的供水管道爆管主要发生在接口(焊缝)和管身锈蚀处;低温、管道材质差、锈蚀、刚性接口、管道地基不均匀下沉等是爆管的主要原因。针对不同情况的爆管列出了相应的抢修方法,并提出预防爆管的措施和建议,为及时处理和预防爆管提供科学依据。

Before and after the Spring Festival of 2008,water supply pipe explosion accidents happened successively in Zhuhai City.Statistical analysis was made about this situation in the paper.The results of analysis showed： the explosion happened at the connection（welding crack） and erosion part of pipe,when the water supply pipes with diameter above 75 mm are under cold weather in Zhuhai City;cold temperature,poor pipe material quality,erosion,rigid connector,and uneven subsidence of pipe base are the main reasons for pipe explosion.According to the different pipe explosion,the different repair methods were proposed,and the measures and suggests for precaution against pipe explosion were also put forward,which offered the scientific basis for prompt repair and pre-caution against pipe explosion.
