鸡致病性大肠杆菌O_(78)菌株iss基因的克隆与测序

摘要 对1株O78血清型鸡源致病性大肠杆菌采用PCR方法检测iss基因的存在。结果显示,鸡E.coliO78菌株携带iss基因,但采用目前通用的PCR方法并不能检测出iss基因,必须经套式PCR扩增才能检测出来。O78菌株所携带iss基因的序列与已知禽大肠杆菌iss基因序列同源性为99.4%,与人源大肠杆菌iss基因同源性为90.3%,与λ噬菌体bor基因序列同源性为87.7%,显示了该基因的保守性。
