摘要
组合融资是一种综合资源、削峰填谷、对冲风险、协调发展的思想和融资机制。国家开发银行针对我国市场信用体制比较落后的实际情况,借鉴国际先进组合投资理论,开创性地提出了具有中国特色的组合融资思想和信用组合融资办法,大力支持市场信用体制建设,防范金融系统风险。组合融资已成为开发性金融贯彻国家宏观经济政策,实现"增强国力,改善民生"重要使命的强有力工具,具有广阔的发展前景。
Portfolio financing is a kind of thought and financing mechanism about ＂pooling resources, hedging risks, clipping financial peaks and filling financial valleys, to achieve rapid but steady and balanced development＂. To improve China＇ s relatively backward credit market system, China Development Bank creatively put forward portfolio financing thinking and portfolio financing methods with appropriate Chinese characteristics by drawing on advanced international portfolio investment theory. These ideas as implemented have allowed us to take great strides in building modem credit market systems and preventing systemic financial risk. Portfolio financing has become a powerful instrument for implementing the state macroeconomic policy through development finance and realizing the significant mission of ＂enhancing national strength and improving the people＇ s livelihoods＂, which illustrates a good prospect of application and extension.
