电网调度智能系统将调度监控系统(SCADA)、高级应用系统(PAS)、检修计划和五防规则有机地结合起来,形成具有调度指令和遥控操作安全约束的电网监控系统,可以有效地防止调度人员的误调度和集控人员的遥控误操作。
The intelligent power distribution system integrated SCADA,PAS,maintenance scheduling and proofing rules which form the power monitor system with distribution instructions and remote control security constraints.This system can effectively prevent the misoperation of system operators.
