摘要
介绍接驳于SCADA系统的自动电压控制(AVC)系统,在确保电网与设备安全运行的前提下,实现了全网电压无功优化闭环控制,同时也实现了电压无功综合管理。
The plan of automatic voltage control（AVC） system connected with the SCADA system is introduced.Under precondition of the safe operation of the grid and the equipments,the optimization closed-loop control of the whole grid voltage reactive power and the integrated management of voltage reactive power are implemented.
