摘要
目前我国图书馆界馆员权利不被承认和尊重的现象普遍存在,笔者作为一名图书馆员对这一现象进行了思考和分析,以期引起更多的关注。
The phenomenon of librarian＇s right being not accepted and respected in internal libraries generally exists.The outhor analyse the phenomenon as a librarian in order to make othe people pay attention to the question.
