摘要
文献资源三级建设体系是以文献资源建设为核心,由决策层、管理层、操作层构成的文献资源建设体系,该体系对高校图书馆文献资源建设的意义主要体现在文献资源建设部门职能的转换、读者参与文献资源建设工作、经费的合理使用、文献资源建设队伍的合理化四方面。
The three-grade document resource construction system takes information resource creation as the core and consists of the layer of decision-making, management and operation. And the meaning of the system lies in function conversion of constructing department, Readers Participation in information creation, rational use of fund and constructing team.
