嵌入式馆员——图书馆用户服务新理念

本文阐述了嵌入式馆员产生的背景、概念的提出及不同的含义,并介绍了国外图书馆嵌入式馆员服务的实践,着重探讨嵌入式馆员服务模式的实质与特点及对馆员的要求。指出嵌入式馆员服务是图书馆用户服务的新方向。

This paper presents the background of the emergence and the formation of embedded librarian as well as its variety of implications. Several embedded librarian services＇ practices in foreign libraries are introduced. The author also examines the features and essence of embedded librarian services together with the quality requirements for embedded librarians. Finally,the paper points out that the embedded librarian service is the new prospect for library user services.
