Modernization is a multi-layer procedure,the modernization of traditional political culture is an important part of this great course.At present the route choice of the modernization of traditional political culture in China lies in the cultivation of citizens＇ concept of right,legal concept and public concept,and the change of economic formation,the transformation of political structure and the impact of western political culture result in the route choice.
