增黏树脂在碳纳米管增强氯化聚乙烯/尼龙共混物中的应用(英文) 被引量:1

摘要 在碳纳米管(CNTs)增强氯化聚乙烯/尼龙共混物中分别加入2种增黏树脂GRL-20和PN759,考察了增黏树脂对共混物物理机械性能和界面黏结性能的影响。结果表明,PN759树脂可明显改善CNTs与基体之间的界面结合,改善共混物的物理机械性能。关键词:碳纳米管;增强;氯化聚乙烯;尼龙;增黏树脂;物理机械性能; The multi-walled carbon nanotubes (CNTs), with their nearly perfect cylindrical structure similar to graphite, has led to intense interest recently. From the present studies at home and abroad, it is known that CNTs as a kind of light weight and high strength material, has not yet played an ideal role in enhancing the mechanical properties of composites . There are a lot of difficulties to be overcome, such as the poor interfacial adhesion between CNTs and rubber matrix and the poor dispersion of CNTs in rubber matrix, which should be modified.
