On Video and Audio Information Collection in Digital Resources Construction of Library

本文从模拟信号的数字化、音视频采编的相关标准、视音频信息采集中的文件格式、视音频节目的编辑整理及非线性编辑系统等方面,探讨了数字资源建设中视频与音频信息采集的有关问题。

This paper studies the video and audio information collection in digital resources construction from four aspects, such as digitization of analog signals, standards related to audio and video editing, video and audio file formats, video and audio programs editing and non-linear editing system.
