摘要
针对化学分析法在测量金属部件化学成分时存在的弊端,引出ARCMET8000便携式直读光谱仪,介绍光谱仪的分析原理、规范性操作、日常维护方法和应注意的问题,分析测量结果不确定度的影响因素并进行评定,得出仪器的不确定度。
In view of the disadvantage of chemistry analysis method during measuring metal part chemistry element,and put forwards ARC-MET8000 portable direct-reading spectrometry,introduces analysis principle and standardization operation,ordinary maintenance method and problems should be mentioned,analyzes influence factors of measuring result uncertainty to evaluate and gets intrumental uncertainty value.
