摘要
建设跨流域调水工程,可以实现水资源的优化配置,改善生态环境,促进经济和社会的可持续发展。在介绍国内外主要跨流域调水工程概况的基础上,总结了这些水利工程在工农业发展、农业灌溉和生态环境等方面的效益及跨流域调水工程引起的一些弊端。提出我国典型的跨流域调水工程——南水北调工程应遵从可持续发展水利思路,充分发挥工程的综合效益。
Constructing the cross-basins diversion projects can optimize the collocation of water resources,improving ecology environment,accelerating the sustainable development of economic and society.This paper describes the overview of the main domestic and external cross-basins diversion projects,and then summarizes efficiency in industrial and agricultural development,agricultural irrigation and ecology environment.Meanwhile,this paper realizes some drawbacks due to these cross-basins diversion projects.At last,this paper suggests the typical domestic cross-basins diversion project--South-North Water Diversion Project should comply to the thinking of sustainable water resources development,in order to exert its influence completely.
