摘要
开发、利用好中小企业科技人才,把科技人才的创新能力转化为创新成果,把创新成果转化为核心竞争力,是企业全部工作的重点。当前中小企业科技人才创新能力开发中存在投入不足,配置不合理,高级技工创新能力边缘化等问题。企业应主动出击,全方位选拔人才,为科技人才的创新提供服务,提高科技人才创新能力。
Developing, ulitilizing the scientists and technicians of small and medium--sized enterprise, transforming scientists and technicians' innovation ability to the innovation achievement and transforming the innovation achievement to the core competitiveness are the key point of enterprise entire job. Currently, there are many questions in scientists and technicians innovation ability, development of small and medium-sized enterprise, such as insufficient investment, unreasonable disposition, marginalization of senior mechanic innovation ability, etc. The enterprise should initiative attack, scleet the talented person omni-directionatly, provide the service for scientists and technicians' innovation and improve the innovation ability of scientists and technicians.
