开发、利用好中小企业科技人才,把科技人才的创新能力转化为创新成果,把创新成果转化为核心竞争力,是企业全部工作的重点。当前中小企业科技人才创新能力开发中存在投入不足,配置不合理,高级技工创新能力边缘化等问题。企业应主动出击,全方位选拔人才,为科技人才的创新提供服务,提高科技人才创新能力。
