河北省吸引外商直接投资的现状分析

The Current Situation of Attracting FDI in Hebei Province

20世纪80年代以来,全球产业结构呈现出从"工业型经济"向"服务型经济"转型的总趋势,现代服务业逐渐成为世界经济增长的重要引擎。河北省吸引外商直接投资增长较快,但在服务业中的外商直接投资比例较低,且投资结构不合理,成为河北省经济发展的"短板"。而河北省服务业基础设施落后、产业政策向制造业倾斜、城市化滞后、人力资源素质低等成为服务业吸引外商直接投资的制约因素。应通过政策环境、基础环境的改善来增加河北省对外资的吸引力。

Since the 1980s, the global industrial structure takes on a general tendency from ＂Industry-oriented economy＂ to ＂Service-oriented economy＂, modern service is becoming the important engine of world economic growth. The increasement of Hebei province absorbing the FDI is fast, but the amount of the FDI on the service industry is small and the investment structure is unreasonable, which become the shortcoming of the economy development in Hebei province. The basic infrastructure of the service industry, falls behind, the urbanlization development is slow and the quality of the human resoure is low, which are the limitation factors of the service industry absorbing the FDI. We should increase the attraction to the foreign investment by the perfection of the policy enviornment and basic enviomment.
