摘要
随着舟山临港物流业的快速发展,30t以上集装箱的吞吐量增速较快,传统集装箱起吊装备体积大,购置成本高,移动速度慢,严重影响集装箱的出入库和循环使用速度。为了解决以上问题,设计一种新型双叉式液压升降台,该升降台具有移动速度快、起重载荷大、购置成本较低的特点,该设计方案经实践检验是可行的。
With the rapid development of harbor cargo transport in Zhoushan city,cargo processing ability of greater-than 30t container was rapidly increasing,in-out warehouse and mobile speed of container was largely affected because of large volume of conventional lifting equipment,and slow travel rate of its. To solve previous problems,a new double fork hydraulic lifting table is designed,which travel rate of this equipment is quicker and factory acquisition costs is lower,through practical verifying,this project design is feasible.
