摘要
平衡系数影响曳引电梯的整体性能,但是其数值的设定存在盲目性,目前的检测方法存在费时、费力、精确度难以保证等缺点。通过对平衡系数的物理意义及其对电梯运行和结构等方面影响的分析,得出平衡系数与电梯性能的定量关系,为平衡系数的设定和调整提供了有益的参考。分析目前常用的平衡系数的测试方法的原理及其存在的缺点,提出了半载测试方法,论证了其方法与电梯监督检验规程规定的方法的一致性,使平衡系数的检测有了较大的改进,同时也弥补了平衡系数测试仪器开发和推广滞后带来的缺憾。
Balance coefficient impacts on the whole performance of traction type elevator. However,there is a lot of blindness in the setting of balance coefficient. And there are some shortcomings in the detection method,such as time-consuming,laborious,and difficult to ensure the accuracy and so on. The relations between balance coefficient and performance of traction type elevator are obtained through analysis of the physical meaning of the balance coefficient and its impact on the lift operation and the structure. This can provide useful reference for balance coefficient setting and adjusting. The principles and shortcomings of common testing method of balance coefficient are analyzed. A half load testing method is brought forward,and the consistency of the method with the rules for the supervision inspection of elevator is demonstrated which the testing method of balance coefficient is significantly improved. At the same time the defects caused by lagged testing equipment development and promotions of the balance coefficient are made up.
