扎赉诺尔褐煤水煤浆流变性能的研究 被引量:2

摘要 考察了扎赉诺尔褐煤水煤浆的流型与触变特性以及煤的颗粒分布和煤浓度对煤浆流变性能的影晌。扎赉诺尔褐煤宽颗粒分布的水煤浆属于具有一定屈服应力的假塑性流体,并具有触变性,但在窄颗粒分布条件下,在一定浓度范围内会出现胀性行为。实验得到的η_r-φ/φ_m关系符合Doughter-Krieger方程。还考察了浆体pH值和含盐量的影响。 The BCWS (brown coal water slurry) prepared from Zalainuoer brown coal with a broad particle size distribution exhibits pseudoplastic and thixotropic behaviors. With closely sized particles in certain ranges of solid concentrations the slurry because dilatent and the apparent viscosity at higher shear rates tends to increase with shear time. It seems that this phenomenon may have resulted from the interconversion between the flowing water and the non-flowing water in the system. A modified Doughter-Krieger equation was suggestsd to correlate the relative viscosity of BCWS with the volumetric concentration of solids. It was also found that higher slurry concentration may be achieved via the decarboxylation of coal samples, and additives may effectively inhibit gel formation at higher pH values or salt contents in the system.
