摘要
以枫杨2年生幼树和30年生成年大树树冠中部的半木质化枝条为扦插材料,用NAA、GGR6不同质量浓度处理进行枫杨扦插繁殖试验。结果表明:取自2年生幼树的插穗生根率较高,200 mg/L NAA处理效果最优,其生根率达92.89%,根系效果指数达144.2。200,500 mg/L的较低质量浓度NAA处理对于枫杨幼树嫩枝扦插生根能力具有一定的促进作用,但800 mg/L的较高质量浓度NAA处理对扦插生根有抑制作用;而3种质量浓度的GRR6处理对枫杨扦插生根都有抑制作用。取自30年生大树的嫩枝扦插生根能力很差,各处理生根率仅6%左右。
The greenwood cutting propagation of Pterocarya stenopter C.DC.were studied in this paper.The semi-lignification branches of 2-years-old and 30-years-old were used as cutting,treated by different concentrations of NAA and GGR6 in this experiment.The results showed that the rooting rate of the cuttings from 2-years-old seedlings was 92.89% after treated by 200 mg/L NAA.The number of adventitious roots was 13,and the average root length was 11.00cm.However,the cutting rooting ability of 30-years-old semi-lignification branches was poor.The rooting rate in all treatments was about 6%,and there were no significant difference among treatment groups.
