摘要
目的应用磁共振3D-TOF MRA成像观察分析脑膜瘤供血特征。方法 30例脑膜瘤术前行磁共振3D-TOF MRA检查,观察分析肿瘤血供、瘤周血管以及颅内外交通情况。结果额部10例,主要表现为病灶邻近脑动脉主干远端分支不同程度受压,上矢状窦均未参与供血。镰旁13例,病灶主要由皮层动脉及前动脉额顶升支供血。颅内外交通者3例,MRA示肿瘤染色明显,典型者可见颅内外交通血管网形成。上矢状窦均明显受压消失。蝶骨嵴1例MRA表现为左侧脑膜中动脉前支参与供血。桥小脑角区3例,均可见病灶邻近部位大脑后动脉远端分支受压,未见明确供血血管。结论磁共振MRA技术可无创性观察病灶血供情况,可较好显示肿瘤血供、颅内外血管交通等情况,为临床术前提供更加准确丰富的影像学信息,大大提高了诊治效率。
Objective To observe the blood supply to the meningiomas by using 3Dimensional time of fly magnetic resonance angiography.Methods 30 cases with 3Dimensional time of fly magnetic resonance angiography before the surgical operation.The blood supplying,vessel surrounding the tumor was observed.Results Frontal lesions in 10 cases mainly showed the branches of cerebral artery nearby were pressured in varying degrees and not involved in the superior sagittal sinus blood.3 cases of intracranial and outward transport,MRA showed tumor staining obvious,meningeal arteries thickening in varying degrees,the typical case showed intracranial and extracranial vascular network traffic.Superior sagittal sinus were significantly pressured and disappeared.13 cases of sickle next to the lesion were mainly blood by arteries from the cortex and the anterior ascending branch of frontal and parietal.1 cases of sphenoid ridge showed left anterior branch of middle meningeal artery involved in blood supply.Cerebellopontine angle in 3 cases,lesions were visible adjacent parts of the remote branches of posterior cerebral artery pressure,and no clear blood vessels.Conclusion 3Dimensional time of fly magnetic resonance angiography can observe the blood supply,intractanial and extractanial vascular transport noninvasive.So as to provide more accurate and preoperative imaging information for the clinical,improve the efficiency of the diagnosis and treatment greatly.
