摘要 目的利用Micro-CT(Micro-computed Tomography)对正常人椎体和脊柱结核病椎不同组织样本松质骨进行三维评价,定量研究其骨小梁形态计量学特征。方法对4例新鲜尸体腰椎(正常组,27-42岁,平均37岁)和18例脊柱结核确诊患者切除的较完整病椎(结核组,男11例,女7例,22-70岁,平均42岁),包括病灶破坏边缘、硬化骨、亚正常骨、死骨、骨桥及部分临近正常椎体的样本进行显微CT扫描,并进行三维骨形态计量学分析。结果与正常对照组样本参数相比,脊柱结核不同样本的骨小梁结构在骨密度BMD、骨体积分数BV/TV、骨小梁厚度Tb.Th、骨小梁间隙Tb.Sp、骨小梁数目Tb.N差异存在统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论脊柱结核病变椎体内不同组织的骨小梁微观结构存在明显差异。 Objective To evaluate the trabecular three-demensional structure of spongy bone about normal vertebral body and different tissue samples of spinal tuberculosis vertebral body,and quantitative study the characteristics of trabeculae form metrology.Method 22 vertebral cases,four from fresh corpse lumbar(normal group,27-42 years old,average 37) and eighteen vertebral subjects of spinal tuberculosis vertebral body(tuberculosis group,male 11,female 7,22-70 years old,average 42) were scanned by Micro-CT and proceed morphogenetic metrology three-dimensional analysis include focus destroy edge,vertebral osteosclerosis,sub-normal vertebral,sequestrum and bone bridge.Result Compared with the normal control group,different sample trabeculae structure of spinal tuberculosis in BMD,BV/TV,Tb.Th,Tb.Sp and Tb.N with significant difference(P0.01).Conclusion Different tissues bone trabeculae microcosmic structure of spinal tuberculosis vertebra exist significant difference.
