摘要
高校教师亚健康问题日益突出,已成为社会和百姓关注的焦点。文章从社会学角度出发,通过对杭州市几所高校教师亚健康状态现状调查,从外因、内因两方面对亚健康的形成进行深入分析,在肯定参与体育活动是亚健康状态向健康状态转化的最直接、最有效、最简便的方法基础上,针对其具有的预防和消除高校教师亚健康的独特功能,从政府、社会、学校、教师个人等方面入手研究如何更好地促进体育活动的展开,从而为干预亚健康的发生提供有益的思路。
The increasingly prominent sub-health issue of college teachers has drawn the society's great attention.From the sociological point of view,we conducted a survey which focused on the sub-health state of teachers from several universities in Hangzhou,and made analysis of its formation from the external and internal aspects.On the basis of confirming participation in sports to be the most direct,the simplest and the most effective way transforming sub-health to health,for its unique features in prevention and elimination of sub-health,we made a research of how to better promote sports as viewed from government,society,schools and teachers,thus providing helpful ideas for interfering with the occurrence of sub-health.
