Production practice of magnetic compact spinning

分析了ROCOS紧密纺装置的设计、纺纱原理、适用范围,并对磁铁机械式紧密纺与普通环锭纺的成纱质量进行了测试对比。结果表明,ROCOS是一种投入少、免维护、纺纱质量好的紧密纺装置。

The design of ROCOS compact spinning device, its spinning principle and application scope are analyzed with the formed yam quality spun by magnetic compact spinning and normal ring spinning tested and compared. The result shows that ROCOS is an excellent compact spinning device producing good quality yarn with small investment and free maintenance.
